Using a mobile device or PC, exhibitors can:
- Check the status of their freight delivery from the loading dock
- Receive email or text alerts for freight notifications
- Submit service requests
- Review orders
- Checkout of the show
Exhibitors benefit because they no longer need to walk to the service desk to ask questions, check freight or order additional services — they can do so from their booth or hotel and spend their time on more valuable activities like networking or meeting with customers. Exhibitors control the type and frequency of notifications they receive (text or email) and can add additional contacts to receive notifications as well.
